Of naked news and Lou Hei

Well, there goes the first month. POOF just like that.

For those seniors fighting hard, you know my next sentence.

ONE LESS MONTH TO THE BIG N / Os!

In today's CME lesson, I discussed with my class the hottest topic recently, and that is of the naked couple that appeared in Holland Village on Saturday night.

We talked about respect. Respecting different cultures. They are probably not insane, but they should respect the Asian conservative culture here, even if they feel very comfortable in the nude. Respecting yourself. Why let everyone take pictures of your body, especially your private parts? What happens if they are all on the internet? Do you want your future spouse to be famous or infamous for such an incident? Similarly in the same vein of thought, why not show more respect to yourself?

I also reminded the class that every photo they upload on the net is available for the world to see. I am not qualified to be the policeman to stop people from uploading pictures of themselves of course, but just a reminder, that you respect yourself and know how far you can draw your line, and not to cross it.

Fun lesson. =)

After school, the staff went to Sakura @ Jurong West for the annual Chinese New Year Lou Hei. Had the lunch buffet there too. Especially liked the dory in cream sauce and grilled unagi. No pictures because I did not bring my camera and my normal phone is spoilt (still have not sent for repairs) and I'm currently using this dinosaur era phone with no camera function -_-

Kinda tired. Shall finish watching Desperate Housewives and then sleep, I think.
